Moved!

Wednesday, November 28th, 2007

We have successfully moved all the horses to our new home at Blue Meadow Farm. Flashy and Vinnie are settling in well. Fuzz is having a bit of a hard time but she will come around very quickly.- we hope. Only a couple of things over at Blue Meadow left for us to do, to be completely settled in.

All I have left to do is fill the leasor tack locker and then I am done.

I am looking forward to the Dressage Percentage day on Sunday as we have all three horses in tests.

Will post results after the percentage day.

I actually was able to go to the barn and simply ride Vinnie and go home, it was excellent feeling. Can’t wait to get all my boys and girls into their training programs.

For any of the leasors. I will be posting my schedule of when I will be at the barn riding. ( next post)

The horrors of moving….

Monday, November 12th, 2007

So this summer I thought I was smart and I decide to buy a whole lot of hay cheap and get it out the field, so I would have enough for all year. Now I spent all weekend moving it again. And yes - it is just as painful as the first time…

Only a few more loads left - one more day of hauling hay…
