Today I rode Cassia. She is the older Thoroughbred, we have. She is owned by me and we are getting ready for th Beth Underhill clinic that we will be attending on Dec 9th at Aquarius Stables in Langley. The move has Cassia quite worried or anxious I am confused which now, but who knows. She is quite stressed by the whole thing. So today we spend most of her time lunging and calming her nerves as we try and get back into her routine. There really isn’t much sense in me trying to make her do something that I know she cannot handle until I get her back into her routine. Until then we have had to take a step back and we will be lunging with some in the saddle work for the rest of the week. And cross my fingers we should be good to go and starting jumping again next week.
